Branding

Ten Spot, a venture backed startup, began as a provider of amenities and services to property managers and commercial real estate asset owners across the US (and was called Fitspot). When COVID-19 hit, the company pivoted its business away from in-person wellness experiences to become a B2B SaaS platform focused on workforce engagement.

Through virtual experiences like fitness classes, happy hours, and expert-led workshops, Ten Spot’s technology was transformed to spark connections among employees no matter where they are based.

As Vice President, Brand Marketing for the company, Coleen was brought on board as the first marketing hire to create a go-to-market plan, budget and standard operating procedures. She developed a rebranding strategy and timeline to lead the rollout of new creative assets and messaging across all communications amidst COVID-19 and the company’s product shift.

Prior to the rebrand, the company helped premier, global real estate firm, Hines, launch a NYC rooftop amenity floor to kick-off an expanded tenant wellness program for their 12-building, 6 million square foot Hudson Square Properties portfolio.

Over 2,000 building employees attended the 3-day event, featuring a variety of food, interactive entertainment, wellness activations, social media promotions and more. The event and the company’s services helped Hines foster community engagement, enhance tenant satisfaction and improve retention rates.

“Coleen is an impressive strategic marketing professional with a strength in both B2B and B2C tactics. She has the ability to ideate and implement marketing strategies across communication channels at the highest level.”
